I was lucky enough a few years to get contacted by Africa Geographic to take photos of Ethiopia’s Church forests for an article that they were looking to publish. Over a few weekends, I visited some churches surrounded by forest biodiversity hotspots around Addis Ababa and Bahir Dar where I used to live.
